Israel Food Tours: About Me

I was born and raised in beautiful Portland, Oregon. After some years studying in Atlanta and in various schools throughout South America I decided to move to Israel.

I started Israel Food Tours a few years ago because of my passion for Israeli food. The vegetables taste better here, you can find every ethnic food imaginable, the hummus is awesome (as I'm sure it is in Lebanon as well), and the variety of foods in such a small country is quite impressive. I share this passion along with my knowledge of restaurants, vineyards, farms, cooking workshops and everything else food on the Israel Food Tours.

I use the blog to share cool recipes, food interest stories, restaurant reviews, and the occasional article that has nothing to do with food or Israel, but that I find interesting. I hope you enjoy reading the blog and feel free to contact me with any questions, comments, ideas or a great recipe.
